This patient had an incisional hernia from a prior colostomy site in the left lower quadrant. He has a history of perforated diverticulitis. He also had a recurrent right inguinal hernia. Both hernia’s were adressed with the ports depicted. It did not require movement/redocking of the Xi Robot.
