Large Gastrointestinal Stromal Tumor (14cm) Involving Fundus of Stomach

This large GIST tumor was involving the stomach at the fundus heading up toward the GE Junction. It was resected completely with negative margins. A bougie was used to avoid injury to the esophagus during stapling.
