This patient presented with abdominal pain. CT demonstrated a mass in the mesentery. Colonoscopy negative. PET/CT did not demonstrate other lesions. He underwent resection with findings of a 2 cm well-differentiated tumor of the small bowel metastatic to the mesenteric lymph.
